From walking in the showroom for the first time, to picking up the car on Wed, everything went smoothly. "I love my Outback, peppy and fun to drive. I was not planning on buying a Subaru, but looked at the Outback because my son-in-law thought it was a great car. He did not try to persuade me at all and let me decide for myself. After driving at least 6 makes and models I returned to Patrick Motors and gave Nate our business. I love my new Subaru, Awesome buying experience Awesome car We had been considering replacing my 13 year old car. We went to several dealerships including Patrick Subaru where we met Luke Latham. He understood my concerns and fully explained the many safety features of the Forester. He did not become flustered when I took out my list with about 20 questions. Luke answered them all fully and with clarity which confirmed my interest in the Forester. Then, Luke had me view 2 cars and explained all their features. He patiently discussed the flashers, emergency brakes, sun roof and the blue tooth which he even set up for me. I really enjoy the hands free ability for emergency calling. I drive 3 very active grandchildren to their appointments and I drive a neighbor to his cancer treatment appointments in the early morning traffic on route 93. The blue tooth is very useful during these rides. I was impressed by this car buying experience. Luke showed me the paper work which detailed and explained the total cost of the car. All the while, there was no high pressure. This was an intelligent, logical presentation and the car and numbers spoke for themselves. Luke's explanation of Subaru's roadside was very helpful too. Who would have thought that the week after I purchased the car, that I would have picked up a nail and flattened a tire while my grand children were in the car. I called roadside assistance and the tire was fixed within 20 minutes. I highly recommend Luke Latham at Patrick Subaru to anyone who wants an intelligent and through presentation when buying a new car. He was patient, clear and complete in every detail. I very much appreciated his professionalism and would give him the best rating possible. More
