I had to wait for the car to arrive as it was not on the lot however I got a call when it arrived. I worked the Rob B. during the finance part of the transaction and he too was very pleasant and made it a quick and easy process. The entire experience was quick for we were under a deadline to pick up the kids from school. They got everything completed within a few hours and we drove home in our new red Outback. We were not disappointed and even though it's been only a week, I absolutely love this vehicle!! Can't wait to see how it performs in the winter. I can't say enough about the staff at this dealership. From the time that we first walked in the door to the time that we drove away, we were treated like royalty. Al Pagliarulo took the time to explain everything about the vehicle to us and kept us constantly updated during the month that we had to wait for delivery. He has personality plus and he actually called me the day after I picked up the vehicle to make sure things were O.K. Phil S. was an extremely friendly, knowledgable, and personable Product Specialist, and eased the burden of getting into a new lease in a relatively short time frame. I leased a 2015 Forester that I absolutely love - and feel no buyer's remorse after making my final 'purchase' this past weekend. I must have consumed 10 or so hours of Phil's time throughout the process, but am thankful he did what he could to make his customer happy.
