A good car buying experience; I ended up buying 2 cars. Decided we wanted a lightly used Subaru for my wife so she could pass along her older car to my daughters. My wife liked the look and size of the Forester so we started our search. Our quest took about 3 weeks and Patrick Subaru was one of our last stops and as it turned out our best stop. Previous to our visit I asked them to supply their best price for a 2011 Forester, as I had done with very similar Forester's with the same options from other Subaru dealers. I was given a fair & competitive price so a visit was in order. We met with Frank, who was very thorough and professional in his presentation. No high pressure and a pleasant experience compared to many of the larger cookie-cutter experiences at some of the other large dealers. When we picked up our car we were met by Frank who went over every feature of our Forester. Even though he's probably been through these explanations hundreds of times before he did it a clear and concise manner, without rushing through anything, answering all of our questions. When we got home after our initial visit I told the wife that was so much a better experience than I had anticipated and since I have been considering a new car for myself sometime in the fall I decided to call Frank and do a deal for a new 2014 Outback that same day. (low financing didn't hurt either). Frank & Rob were just as thorough and pleasant when I picked up the Outback as well. Love our new Subaru's and would highly recommend visiting Patric Subaru if a Subaru is in your future! Chuck V. More

Patrick Subaru - Great Experience...I'm in my Legacy! I've been a fan of Subaru's since a family member rented one and have been waiting since then to get into one. On May 27th I decided to part ways wit I've been a fan of Subaru's since a family member rented one and have been waiting since then to get into one. On May 27th I decided to part ways with my current vehicle, an '09 Nissan Rogue I purchased used in July 2012. Initially I was not too certain that we'd be able to work a deal since I stilled owed on the Nissan and wasn't sure what value I'd get in trade for it. I sat with Steve Rivo, Sales Manager, and explained that I was interested in a 2014 Legacy if we could work a mutually agreeable deal on Nissan. After taking a look at Nissan Steve felt confident that we could make a deal and get me into a Legacy. I also worked with Keith Renaud, Sales Consultant, who accompanied me during my test drive and thoroughly went through all of the vehicles safety features, equipment functions etc... Upon returning from the test drive with Keith, Steve had all of paperwork for the proposed deal ready. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they'd take the Nissan in trade, payoff the remaining amount with some additional in my favor towards the Legacy. Essentially, at the end of the deal I ended up in a new 2014 Legacy for only $2.00 per month more than I was paying on the 2009 Nissan! The whole process went so smooth in fact that I ended up taking the Legacy home that same day and leaving the Nissan! The whole process, including all of the RMV paperwork etc...took less than 4 hours! I can't emphasize how pleased I was with the efficiency in which the sale was handled, the excellent financing options they provided and in general the overall professionalism and friendliness of Steve, Keith and the other employees at Patrick Subaru. In short, if you're looking for a friendly "no pressure" buying experience from some folks who know Subaru's and can help you get into the right one for you...look no further than Patrick Subaru. -S. Very Good Experience My husband and I needed to replace a 2005 GMC pick up truck 4X4 (totaled in accident - not my fault!). With the price of pickups so high we decided to look at a car that would give us good driving security in the winter, good gas milage and room to haul larger things - Large trunk and or 60/40 seat. Tried the 2014 Mazda 3 - but it lacked the room we needed - husband is 6' 4" tall. Very tight side to side as well. Gave up on GM and Ford after our purchase of a Toyota product in 2007. Consumer Reports gave Subarus great reviews, so we decided to stop in Patrick Subaru. We were immediately greeted by John Watt at the door. He showed us to his work station and asked us how he could help us. We already knew we could not swing the price of a new car so we looked at a used Impreza with @ 4500 miles on it. We asked why this car was on the lot with so little miles and John told us the the car was a short period rental that was purchased from Subaru Corp. Showed us all paper work for the car and it's history. Took the car for a drive and then started our paper work. Patrick helped find us financing that matched our local credit union so there was no need to go else where. All in all a good car buying experience. Enjoyed working with John, very straight forward and knowledgeable. More
No pressure car shopping DOES exist After doing a few months of research on used Subaru's, it was clear Patrick had the best prices, that much isn't debatable. But how would their custom After doing a few months of research on used Subaru's, it was clear Patrick had the best prices, that much isn't debatable. But how would their customer service be? Would their sales team be too aggressive? I walked the lot of cars, checking out the car I liked, as well as a few similar options before Mike Katz introduced himself. It never felt like Mike was trying to sell me a car, but rather asked questions to make sure I had considered all my options. After we discussed what was important to me, he asked if I wanted to test drive my first option. Not only did he encourage me to really put the car through its paces during the drive, he noted all the technology behind the scenes and under the roof. After getting back to the dealership, we discussed price and financing options, as well as trade-in options for a car I didn't bring with me. I was amazed at how Mike and the sales team went out of their way to get me in the car at the price I wanted, not what they wanted. From offering a very price on a trade-in they hadn't seen, to offering discounts to finance with them, to even coming down off the original sticker price, which was more than fair, they went the extra mile. I went to Patrick expecting to do more homework on the car I wanted, and ended up leaving as the owner of the car. Rob did an amazing job finalizing all the paperwork and explaining all the in's and out's of the deal and warranty. He took his time to make sure all questions were answered, that before signing anything I knew exactly what I was getting. When the paperwork was done, Mike introduced me to a few members of the sales and service team, in case I ever had questions that needed answering and he wasn't around. Mike handed me the keys, we walked outside, and after pairing my phone to the Bluetooth in the car, I was driving home in my Subaru. If you have feel like you have to be defensive, or have your guard up when you're car shopping, do yourself a favor and go to Patrick. Not only will you deal with the most friendly and knowledgable people in the business, you'll also get an amazing deal. More

I have purchased new cars from dealerships in the past and the experiences I had were l I am 39 years old and I have had numerous cars over the years. I have purchased new cars from dealerships in the past and the experiences I had were lacking in connectivity, were anxiety provoking and they were negative experiences for the most part. However, I met by boy Luke at Patrick Subaru in 2008 when I bought my second Wrx and I would never buy from anyone else ever again. Luke is amazing; I go in there, for services and sometimes just to get a peak at the new models and it doesn't matter how much time has gone by he greets me like a brother and by name. He remembers everything down to the last detail. There is never any pressure to buy, just friendly conversation. I refer everyone i know who is looking for a car to Patrick and I will never shop for a car anywhere else. More

My local Subaru dealer had difficulty finding the right camera and were somewhat less than helpful in going the extra mile in getting things right the first time. I called up Patrick Subaru where I bought my car (at a very good price) and my salesman Tri Le was very helpful in researching and finding out the right part number. Brenda from service knew the people at my local dealership and she worked hard with her service manager so that my local place would know the right part number for replacement. The helpful people at Patrick Subaru enabled my local dealers to finally replace the part. I's working well now. They offered to replace the camera at Patrick if my local guys couldn't, but all's well now. Thanks much! More
