More than anything, he was honest and upfront about the vehicle (provided a detailed history of the car) and about the total cost to me. He recognized my needs and worked to accommodate them without being pushy or over-selling. It was my first time buying a vehicle from a dealership, and after hearing horror stories of hours wasted and tons of pressure, I was pleasantly surprised with my experience.
