Buying a new (used) car popped up on us sooner than we expected, so we where referred to Patrick Subaru, and most importantly to Luke by my father. Both of my parents recently bought Subaru's from Luke at expected, so we where referred to Patrick Subaru, and most importantly to Luke by my father. Both of my parents recently bought Subaru's from Luke at Patrick Subaru and they had nothing but good things to say about Luke. My mother has a 2013 Forester and my father bought a 2010 Legacy, and they are both very satisfied. My wife and I where hesitant about going to a dealer because the difficulties that can be had when dealing with care dealerships. But after the reviews I heard from my parents we went over to Patrick Subaru to talk to Luke. I must say the experts say to never by a car from the first place you go, but after sitting down with Luke my wife and I where very satisfied with the sales experience that we received. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and cordial. Luke especially was great. He was knowledgeable about the car and was understanding to our situation. We got a great car at a great price from a great sales person who was able to answer all our questions and made sure we had an excellent experience. P.S. we bought a 2009 Legacy and we are enjoying it greatly!! More
Our Legacy was the second vehicle my husband and I have purchased from Patrick's Subaru. Both our 2003 and 2013 buying experiences were excellent. We worked with Nate on our must recent purchase. We showed up 2 hours before closing on a Sunday with our 7 and 4 year old sons. Nate was great from the get-go. We had a list of requirements for the vehicle we would purchase. Nate did waste our time and try to show us choices that fell outside our requirements. He quickly narrowed down which vehicle would fit our needs and desires best. He was so great with our boys and while I was worried they were bothering people, he reassure me they were great. Once we decided that we had found the one, we let Nate know our hope was to take the car home with us that day - even though it was a Sunday. He worked swiftly to make this happened and a little over two hours after walking in the dealership, we were driving home with two happy boys in our new car with all paperwork completed. I will readily recommend Patrick Subaru and Nate to anyone in the market for a vehicle. More
I have never enjoyed buying a car, but we knew that it was time to replace our 2003 Subaru. I just dreaded the process to do it. It was a horrible experience and I couldn't trust the dealership. Patrick Motors in Shrewsbury had good reviews so we decided to give it a try. When we arrived at Patrick Motors, I told my wife to note the time so we could see how many seconds would pass before we were approached by a sales person. We got out of the car, walked up to the car lot and started looking around. It was evident right away that we were in the used car section so we looked for the new car section. As we walked out of the used car lot a gentleman, who was just finishing a phone conversation, asked if we needed help. I explained that we were looking for a new Subaru Legacy. He asked which trim level we were interested in so he could point us in the right direction. I told him I didn't know for sure so he suggested that we go inside so he would explain the different models available so we could make an informed decision. Tri Le, the sales person, spent a considerable amount of time with us explaining the three trim levels and the options available. Once we were sure what we wanted he checked the inventory to find something at least close to what we wanted so we could go for a test drive. We both got to drive the car and knew for sure it was what we wanted, just a different color and we wanted a moonroof, which the test drive car did not have. Within a very short amount of time, the exact car we wanted was located nearby. We were offered a great quote and assured that it would be available by the next Friday. Papers signed, we anxiously waited for the day to arrive. We arrived at the scheduled time and were told that the car was almost ready as promised. We were not disappointed. I have to say this was, by far, the best experience purchasing a car. Tri was professional, knowlegable, patient, and clearly worked as part of a team at Patrick Subaru. I would highly recommend Patrick Motors in Shrewsbury, and Tri Le, of the sales team. More
Nate is the BEST!!! My daughter purchased a Subaru Outback with Nate a year or so ago. When I was in the market for a new car my daughter and son-in-law insisted I go to Patrick Subaru and meet with Outback with Nate a year or so ago. When I was in the market for a new car my daughter and son-in-law insisted I go to Patrick Subaru and meet with Nate. I resisted because I was NOT going to purchase a Subaru so why would I go there. After going to other dealers for various other automobiles I had put a deposit on a car and was getting my financing in order. My children did not give up so I gave in and went to meet with Nate even though I knew going in I had no intention of buying a Subaru. BOTTOM LINE? Yup!! I purchased a new Subaru Outback from Nate. NO PRESSURE --gave me the best trade-in price I had been offered from any dealer with no hassling and a great price for my new car. As they say "an offer I couldn't refuse". LOVING my new Outback!!! Thank you Nate for making my experience such a pleasure-----not to mention a few good laughs in the process. More
My husband and I were looking for a Crossover and visited Patrick Subaru on June 29th. Tri met us at the door and we were immediately impressed with his warm, welcoming demeanor. As he spoke with us about the vehicles that might fit our needs, we were surprised and pleased with his knowledge of every detail of Subaru models and their competitors. He seemed to know every make of crossover and was able to help us compare them to the Forester that we eventually leased. Having done other test drives and made independent comparisons, we knew that his information was accurate. It is a pleasure to speak with a car salesman who listens carefully to your needs and desires, then makes careful recommendations. Tri made us feel comfortable with our choice and let us know that we could reach him at any time if we had any questions or problems. I would gladly recommend Mr. Le to anyone who is contemplating the purchase of a Subaru. More

At no point was there any pressure or the typical car salesman antics. Overall, the process was pleasant and I would definitely recommend Joe. I have bought two cars from Nate Goodro now, and I hope I never have to buy another car from anyone else. Walking into your dealership I was greeted respectfully, given your full attention (and more), and was given the opportunity to look arou it's true. I was able to drive my two picks of vehicles, ask a million questions,(which I got answers to happily) test drive both of them again, and given the time to think about what was the right choice for me. After selecting the Subaru Outback, I was surprised at the ease of the sales transaction , it was harder to pick a color. Every aspect before , during, and after the purchase was professional, respectful, and fun.....Meeting with employees from all different departments, made me confident that you truly work as a TEAM.....
