As a long-time employee of a home health agency, I am very reliant upon my car for safe, reliable and cost-effective transportation. And having owned Toyotas for the past 23 years, I was leaning toward p very reliant upon my car for safe, reliable and cost-effective transportation. And having owned Toyotas for the past 23 years, I was leaning toward purchasing another Toyota. I decided to test drive a Subaru Impreza on the advice of my son and was really impressed with the exterior styling, the handling and especially, the standard All-Wheel Drive. I told Phil what I was looking for in a vehicle and what was not important to me. He answered all of my questions, and at no time did he attempt to pressure me to purchase options I did not need, nor want. I had done some research regarding pricing, and was extremely happy to find that Patrick Motors is a True Car certified dealer. I priced out the vehicle with the options I wanted, and brought that paperwork to Phil. Patrick accepted the True Car price without any haggling or attempt to change the price. They also gave me a more-than-fair trade price for my old car, after they had accepted the True Car price. They never played the typical dealer game of shuffling me from salesman to finance manager, etc. All of the paperwork was handled by Patrick, including the insurance, transfer of plates and sales tax. This was, by far, the easiest and most positive car-buying experience I have ever had. I would recommend Patrick Motors and salesman Phil Sheridan to anyone looking to purchase a new Subaru. More

We always knew Subaru was a good car but never took the time to test drive one. We were coming out of a lease on a large Toyota Van and needed to make a decision. We tried Volvo, Mercedes, BMW to name a few. I then decided to at least try a Subaru. Well, here we are the proud owners of a 2014 Subaru Forester Touring. I LOVE IT!. It has everything I wanted plus more. My two requirements were leather seats and all wheel drive, then my husband has few more..veh color, leather color, and such. Our sales person, Al Pagliarulo was awesome. He was calm, patient, listened to what we wanted, and best of all I felt like I had his full attention. Even though he had another customer coming to pick up their new Subaru, he juggled us both very nicely. I would and will recommend Al to my friends and family. He personally searched for the vehicle we wanted, drove it back from NH, and made sure we got a good deal. Another important point which has frustrated me in the past is getting shuffled from sales person to "sales manager" and feeling very pressured. None of that at Patrick’s with Al. Having bought 2 Subarus before, and loving them, we decided to buy another. While having our Forester serviced, I went downstairs to look at the new cars. At that time, a salesman named Al Pagliarulo decided to buy another. While having our Forester serviced, I went downstairs to look at the new cars. At that time, a salesman named Al Pagliarulo introduced himself and asked if he could help me in any way. I explained that we would be needing a new car soon as we wanted to give our 2004 Forester to our younger two kids to drive. (We gave our other Forester to our oldest daughter.) Al was so very knowledgeable about the various Subaru models and the options available. He was nice and not at all pushy (which I've experienced with salesmen before) and best of all he wasn't condescending to me. Sadly, I have found that car salesmen can often be like that with women. We agreed on a price, and my husband and I picked up the car last night. It's gorgeous, and Al spent quite a long time explaining all the technology to use. The last time we bought a car, it wasn't a Subaru (what a mistake that was!), and the salesman handed me the manual and told me to enjoy the car. However, with Al, we got real personalized attention, and he shared his enthusiasm for what great cars Subarus are. I can honestly say that this was the best car shopping experience we've ever had. That's 3 cars purchased at Patrick Subaru, and the next one with be purchased there as well. More
The reasons for buying a Suburu became clear after researching reliabilty, price & fuel economy but what was great about Patrick Suburu was the no pressure approach...also you will not find the sleezy researching reliabilty, price & fuel economy but what was great about Patrick Suburu was the no pressure approach...also you will not find the sleezy salesman cliche here either. I worked with Nate Goodro who was knowledgable and friendly and kept in touch during the decision making without being a pain or nuissance... I had the best new car buying experience ever with Tri Le at Patrick Subaru. I purchased a new BRZ from Tri and I reside out of state. Tri was not only able to get the exact car I wanted, he was able to ge at Patrick Subaru. I purchased a new BRZ from Tri and I reside out of state. Tri was not only able to get the exact car I wanted, he was able to get me an incredible price. Tri was extremely knowledgable of the BRZ, he was also very knowledgable regarding the process for purchasing from out of state and helped ensure I completed all necessary steps for car registration. I was able to fly into the area, Tri picked me up at the airport, and take delivery of my car and drive it home. Tri was very responsive via email and cell phone; he was very patient in answering all my questions and truly made the experience hassle free and actually fun. Wow, imagine having fun buying a new car! I have had one very bad experience buying new, and the rest were mediocre, but this experience was truly exceptional. I can without hesitation recommend Tri Le and Patrick Subaru to anyone shopping for a new Subaru. More
