Our sales associate, Tri, was really down-to-earth, did not pressure us to buy anything and was more than accommodating with questions, test-drives, and scheduling appointments. We did settle on a used 2012 Subaru outback which we were thrilled with. We had no complaints about this dealership and would recommend it to any friends or family shopping around. I would totally recommend Patrick Subaru. Joe was knowledgeable about the Impreza we were looking at. If there was something he did not know he made sure he got us the answer. I was not planning on buying a car, I was curious on the value of my trade in and wanted to drive a car they had on the lot. I explained this to Phil, and he was more than accommodating. The features, how to set things up, how to use things, and explained how the Subaru was different than the car I ended up trading in. Phil was awesome. After the test drive I was impressed with him and the car so I asked for an estimate of my trade in. I already had an auto trader estimate and I felt it was on the high side, Patrick Subaru offered more. With a bigger trade in value, amazing price on the car, and expert knowledge I decided to look into purchasing the car. They were top notch, professional, friendly, and very accommodating. I went to Patrick Motors after having a bad experience with another local Subaru dealership while trying to buy a new car. I have bought from Patrick years ago but tried the other dealer since it was clos with another local Subaru dealership while trying to buy a new car. I have bought from Patrick years ago but tried the other dealer since it was closer to my work. Bad choice. so i tried again at Patricks and met Nathan Goodro. He was fabulous! He listoned to my needs. found the right car and we worked out a deal that more than met my requirements. I have nothing but great things to say about Nate and Patrick Subaru. Now i have a great Impreza Sport Wagon that i love and renewed relationship with Patrick Motors. Thanks for everything! More
I had been looking at the BRZ for a while and found a posting on a BRZ forum by Tri saying they had several in stock. They happened to have a manual Limited in the color I wanted so I contacted them righ posting on a BRZ forum by Tri saying they had several in stock. They happened to have a manual Limited in the color I wanted so I contacted them right away. The only problem was is that I am three states away. Turns out this was not a problem at all. Working with Tri I was able to arrange payment and all the other logistics. He was available at all times via phone and email. I really didn't expect it to be this easy, something had to go wrong. I arrived at the dealer and was greeted at the front desk. Tri was busy with another customer so I was shown to the waiting area and offered water. The dealership is very nice there are leather chairs and a couple TV's to watch. The lights are nice LED's and the ceiling fans are above the suspended ceiling. Enough about the building, When Tri was available he came and got me and we went over the paperwork and every detail about the car. I can tell he is a car guy because he is really knowledgeable about it. I have been to dealerships before where they really have no clue what they are selling. After covering everything about the car and break in procedure he helped me put on my plates and I was off. Driving home I was shocked how easy the whole thing was. Tri sent me a text message asking if I made it home ok and how the car performed over the trip back. I am a car guy and I have been to lots of dealerships, this is my first Subaru so I cant say if this is a normal type of experience (I hope it is) but the treatment I received here is better than I have had at Acura or Audi. I cant speak for the service department and being over 300 miles away probably will never go there. But I would make the trip when I am looking for a car in the future. More
Was looking to trade my old Chevy for a Subaru Legacy. We felt we got a good price on a 2010 and decent trade value. Al was very easy to work with and the deal went smoothly.
