I had driven a GMC Envoy since 2005 and I was looking for a vehicle with better mpg's. I saw a piece in the local paper about the new XV Crosstrek and was interested. I took an XV for a test ride and was hooked. I did go to a GMC dealer and tested the Terrain, but it did not impress me like the Crosstrek did. Nathan was very knowledgable and helpful. He has stayed in contact with me all through the process. I picked up my new vehicle on the 14th and I am enjoying every mile. While at Patrick Subaru, I met a number of people, all of them very helpful. I was also able to meet the owners...very nice. I hope the relationship continues on this very good note. More

Everybody was extremely friendly and worked hard to make sure everything went smoothly. When I had a problem transferring my old plates, Nathan took it in stride and very quickly arranged for new plates! I sure everything went smoothly. On Wednesday November 14, I took my car in for a routine oil change. As usual, Elvis was very friendly and good natured.
