This is an unusal "shout out" because I am on a trip in Michigan but ended up calling my Patrick. I was on I69 somewhere in the middle of Michigan (I am from the Worcester area)and my "check engine trip in Michigan but ended up calling my Patrick. I was on I69 somewhere in the middle of Michigan (I am from the Worcester area)and my "check engine" light came on -- my 2010 Forester. Additionaly, I had been traveling at 70 mph on cruise control, and when the check engine light came on, I lost the cruise control--but the cruise control light kept blinking. I called Subaru Roadside Assistance but the best they could do was tow my car to a Subaru dealer 55 miles away. One problem: They were closed and would not reopen until Monday. Not good. I was due in New York on Sunday afternoon. So, I called AAA. They had nobody in the area who could help. It had to be a Subaru dealer. With a hope and a prayer I called Patrick Subaru hoping against hope that someone was still in the service department. Andy answered the phone. I explained my situation and added that I had checked the fuel cap and it had been loose. I had tightened it but but check engine light stayed on. Andy assured me that it was entirely normal that I lost cruise control when the check engine light came on; it is a safety feature. He also assured me that the check engine light would resset itself in 50-100 miles and that it was okay to drive the vehicle as long at the check engine light was not flashing (which it wasn't). Andy was very calming and reassuring--especially since I was over 800 miles from home. I drove a little over a hundred miles with the check engine light still on and stopped at a motel for the night. After I unloaded my baggage into my room, I went back to my car to drive to a restaurant. Andy was right! The check engine light had reset itself and was off. We had two 2003 Subarus, a Forester and a Baja, and decided to look into trading both of them in and getting a more current car. I contacted Luke because I'd been impressed with his attitude when I met him briefly months earlier when we were in for service. Working with him was a pleasure - a rare circumstance in automobile purchase transactions. He was remarkably responsive and efficient and we quickly worked out a deal to trade in our cars and purchase a 2013 Impreza Sport. He managed to find the perfect vehicle and had it on site within a few days. I threw a complication into the mix since I'm particular about tires and wanted a different type than the standard on the car. Luke connected me with Jim, the Parts Manager, and in a few minutes on the phone Jim was able to locate and order the replacement tires & commit to having them installed so there'd be no delay in delivery or additional cost to me - not even for the labor involved to mount/balance. The car was delivered as promised, perfectly prepared, and with very reasonable financing. Luke and Jim were my primary contacts but they worked with others throughout the different departments and managed to deliver an exceptionally satisfying overall experience. Yes, it was a normal business transaction for Patrick, but the focus that these two applied to ensure that everything came together as hoped is pretty unusual. If you're looking for a vehicle, I'd absolutely give these guys a shot at the business. And I'm also delighted with the Impreza - I make up reasons to roll it out of the garage and drive. More

Lisa got me in the door with her quick email response and showing me a car that met my criteria. Joe D. met me at the door and was casual and informative. He recognized that I had done my homework, had visited other dealerships and was ready to buy. No pressure. No bull. It was here's the price I'm willing to pay today. The result was they beat the other prices and the car had more options. Most importantly they had the car! The other dealers could take up to 8 weeks for the color and options I wanted. My wife and I had a good time with Joe D. on delivery. It was fun and through as he explained the whole car to us. My wife bought a Subaru in 1983 at the old Harding St site and that was also a good experience. More

I have only owned three cars in my life. The first one I bought "somewhere else," but the second and now the third I bought from Patrick Subaru. Nate Goodro was an excellent salesman -- friendly and professional, and he obviously likes his job. It is refreshing to interact with someone who takes pride in his work. He is definitely an asset to Patrick Subaru. More
Took delivery of an 09 Subaru Impreza hatchback with a dented rim and later to find out a rear defroster that half works and warped rotors. Their response to a dented rim was "we do a 150 point check on all cars that we sell", I'm pretty sure trued rims should be on there but since they never produced a checklist from my car I'm guessing it was never done. They would swap the rim from another car on the lot is what I was told by the Service Manager or have it fixed. Horrible Service would never go back to the dealer ever again. More
Tri Le is the reason why I purchased another vehicle from him, heck, I might even consider a Cadillac if he were selling one (just kidding). Felt very comfortable with Tri from the first moment we walked inside the dealership. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and didn't put any pressure on us; either as to what type of car or to make the purcha walked inside the dealership. He wanted to make sure we moved at a pace we were comfortable and understood all the options available to us. The other staff we interacted with were similarly friendly and relaxed even while negotiating price. Of the five dealerships we visited Patrick was the most professional, least pushy, and best experiance. We are very glad to have worked with Tri and the rest of the staff there. More
