What can I say, the guy opened the door for me and was very attentive to as much as my first words. Very patient, very courteous and even kept on offering me a cheaper car, still giving me an option to change and not pressuring me to buy. After I had purchase my new vehicle, he still made himself available to answer any questions I might have. I originally went in looking to trade my truck in for a used Impreza hatchback. After working with Luke for a short period of time, he had a deal worked out I couldn't refuse on a brand new Legacy. From the minute I received my first e-mail from Colleen I could tell I was in good hands and was going to be treated the way I wanted to be from a group of sales people. When I got to the dealership the front door was opened for me and I was greeted promptly by Luke and he assisted me with getting my info from Lisa. From there we sat down and he took my info like normal and we went from there. After some number crunching he came out to find me outside looking at the inventory and suggested a test drive in a new Legacy. The test drive went well and the car was awesome. We went back and got down to business. From there we had final numbers drawn up and I agreed to the deal. I live in Rhode Island and they had to go to a RI registry obviously, but that was done next day and the car was ready for pick up when I got out of work. When I got there the car was all shined up and ready for me to take her home. Luke went over everything in the car with me button by button. At the time I thought I understood everything, but if I need help with anything, Luke told me to contact him at any time and he would help me out. Luke was very down to earth and knew his stuff. I will definitely go to Patrick Subaru again and look forward to trading my wife's Subaru Impreza in there in the near future. More

I moved up to MA from out of state, and Patrick Subaru made everything so smooth and painless that I was pretty much able to just walk in, sign, and drive off with the car.
