Buying our Subaru Impreza at Patrick was a great experience. This is our family's 4th Subaru... We've are now fully converted to a happy Subaru family. Our sales person, Bob Lacrosse, was knowlegeable, easy to work with and speedy. We bought our new car on my (extended) lunch break. We did quite a bit of outside research before choosing to purchase the Subaru Impreza. After evaluating the other Impreza's on Patrick's lot and a nice test drive, we decided on the car in the showroom and requested that door panel trim be added. Bob was able to arrange for the trim installation while the car was being prepped for us to take with us. While the new car paperwork was being completed, our Subaru Outback was being serviced. We picked up the keys for our Outback, had a quick lunch and returned to take my new Impreza back to work. Everyone worked together as a team and I still made it back to the office for my next meeting. Thank you Patrick Subaru & especially Bob Lacrosse!! More

This by far was the BEST and EASIEST experience I have ever had with a car dealer. John Watt and Rob (the Business Mgr) were so helpful in helping me achieve EVERY thing I set out to do. I was given a great trade in ($250 MORE than the 22k I asked for and a terrific price on my new vehicle including Patrick throwing in splash guards, all without any haggling whatsoever!). Rob secured me a 2.9 percent loan to help me get my monthly car payment LOWER even though I was in a situation where I was trading in a relatively new (2011) vehicle. Patick really worked with me and they are the only dealer I felt gave me an honest deal. I love my new Forester and couldn't believe what it is equipped with for the price (an awesome sunroof and heated front seats!) ~ everyone keeps telling me they love my new car too. Unlike my previous vehicle, it's one car I feel is safe for my daughter to drive. She loves it too! I did not have any pressure to add ext. warranties, etc into my loan either. Their service dept is also terrific and offers some really nice amenities in their reading lounge. You won't want to leave there! I LOVE Patrick and I am so happy I bought my new Subey from them!!! After a rather unpleasant experience at another Subaru dealership I decided to to go to Patrick Subaru. When I walked in my mother and I were immediately greeted by Phil. I wanted to trade in my Kia on a dealership I decided to to go to Patrick Subaru. When I walked in my mother and I were immediately greeted by Phil. I wanted to trade in my Kia on a new Outback. Phil was extremely friendly and knowledgable, and within minutes we had a very good trade in offer with a very good price on exactly the car I wanted. In fact the offer we got was way better than the price the other dealer offered on a less equipped Subaru. We immediately signed and my car was on its way to the dealership. My car was ready to be picked up exactly when Phil said it would be, and he kept in touch while I was waiting. I couldn't be happier with my car. In addition, this was the best sales experience I have have ever had. Phil followed up to make sure everything was good with the car. I can't wait to go back for my services because everyone at this dealership is friendly, helpful and approachable. I would recommend Subaru to anyone, and I would send them straight to Phil! I used to be a Subaru Service Manager at the local dealership where I live but go to Patrick's because they really have Subaru from Patrick Subaru.
