I test drove and purchased a 2011 Impreza WRX. I had not owned a Subaru before but the sales rep Tri Le was so very knowledgeable and so patient that I became 100% confident in buying into a new brand. He even came back in to the dealership on Sunday his day off, because a new WRX had just arrived and he honestly wanted me to have an oppotunity to consider purchasing it. Tri made everything in the buying experience very clear and Rob Bernier put the final paper work together with such ease and in a straight forward and helpful manner. There was no haggling, no hidden costs, everything was professional and friendly. I will recommend to everyone who is especially thinking about a new car, to definitely talk to Tri at Patrick's. No doubt the other sales reps are excellent as well; the atmosphere at Patrick's Subaru is so calm, quiet and relaxed; Tri and Rob were indeed terrific. The WRX is awesome! More

I purchased a 2011 Outback Subaru. It is a terrific vehicle. Russell was wonderful in explaining the features and use of all the options when we picked up our car. Great experience with dealership overall.
