I work in Worcester, MA, and Patrick was the closest Subaru dealer. This search on Google Maps was a lucky find for me. Patrick's service department is excellent -- quick, professional and friendly. Brenda Ocasio patiently worked around my crazy schedule and we booked appointments on the fly -- via Blackberry and email. If I needed a ride or a taxi to work after I dropped off the Legacy, no problem. When I hit a rock that a construction crew dropped on Route 9, they immediately arranged for a loaner vehicle. The Spec B is a performance-oriented version of the Legacy, and I have been driving and working on sports cars for decades. So... this led to some detailed questions about synthetic oil, throttle bodies, etc. The service manager, Louie Ferraro, was very helpful. Buying a car takes 1 day -- but customers spend years with the service dept. So I returned to Patrick for a new 2011 Subaru STI. John Watt (sales), Todd Stalker (Sales Manager) and Jason Patrick (senior manager) offered a very fair value for the Spec B and a good price for the STI. When I walked in I met with Joe Dinneen and he took care of me from beginning to end, this guy made sure I was taken care of at all times and got me the vehicle I wanted in the color and option spec. I wanted and at a good price. I was very happy by the time I drove off the lot. I purchased a vehicle from Patrick Subaru 12 years ago and had a very friendly and professional car buying experience. It's great to see that the great customer service is still there. In fact, it's even better! I will be sending all of my friends and family to this dealership, they're very honest and upfront with you and I most definitely appreciate that. More

It was such a good experience that I decided that they are the only dealership I will consider for future car needs. You should really check them out. Here's my story: I had not planned on getting a new car in October 2010, but significant problems with my 2002 Hyundai Elantra changed that timetable. There was an electrical problem with my headlights, and after taking it to the Hyundai dealership, they told me the part would cost around $700. Plus, there were other repairs that I would have had to have made before it would pass inspection.I had been researching the Forester as a possible replacement for my Elantra in anticipation of a spring 2011 purchase. However, given the age, mileage, and repair costs, I decided to start looking in ernest. When the Hyundai service department called me and said that Hyundai doesn't even make the part I needed and told me they would try to repair it, I decided to make my purchase then. When it was evident that I would not be able to take time off from work to get my Elantra during the daylight hours (no low beams meant I couldn't really drive it at night), Luke arranged for Patrick Subaru to pick up my Elantra from Hyundai. He said it was "no problem" for them to do this, but I consider it going above and beyond good customer service. They made the entire experience easy and pleasant with abslutely no pressure. What more could a 60-year old single woman need? More

There was 'NO Pressure from the Sales people', the pricing was good and the sales team very knowledgeable both functionally and technically. 4 months ago, they gave me an awesome presentation of Car ... the discussion then was centered around Subrau's boxer engine, the center gravity and the AWD. I did test the Outback, I liked it but I waited for 4 months to further research on the Car. I went back with more knowledge and finished the deal under 45 minutes. Tri Lee was the Salesman, he was very knowledgeable about the car and extremely professional. Towards the end of Dec we drove the car home from the dealership, we have now clocked about 1000 miles and we have had a good snow shower. The car is functioning exactly the way they had promised and I did climb my hill without any skids, it was a like a miracle. It was the easiest car dealer experience I've ever had. I had been in an accident where my car was totalled, and I explained to them that I was still having pain. BEWARE OF ROUGH HANDLING!!!My new 2010 Outback was in for oil change. I had 8 small (but noticeable) paint chips with the tire rotation. The next time I went in for oil change, I've got a small but noticeabl oil change. I had 8 small (but noticeable) paint chips with the tire rotation. The next time I went in for oil change, I've got a small but noticeable dent in my front passenger door AND they did not look into one of the problem I wanted to be fixed. Will not go back...and BEWARE. More
