I just moved to the US, and wanted to buy a used Impreza in the 10K$ range. The salesman, Tri Le has been very kind from the beginning, and willing to collaborate and meet my needs. He first showed to me a 06 Impreza wagon, with 80K miles, and during our test drive the "check engine" came up. So I tested a 05 one, with 50K miles, it seemed ok, but when I brought it to MIDAS (60$, very recommendable) for a pre-purchase check they told me that the head gasket had to be changed. Since Patrick told me that they won't change it I tested another 05 Impreza, that this time was ok with the MIDAS check (they didn't charge me for this second inspection!) So I bought this one, and Tri Le was very helpful in all the paperwork, he got me the best insurance price I could get around, and he even picked me up at work or at home when I needed to go to the dealer to test cars or sign papers and so on. So my take home message is: Tri Le has been very kind and helpful, not pushy at all, the best salesman I could found in the Worcester area for professionalism and kindness. The only problem I got is that many of the used cars are bought at auctions, so they have no idea about the history of the car. This is why a pre-purchase inspection is strongly recommended. But this is a problem with all used cars, not with Patrick's in particular. More

I was impressed with this dealership as soon as I started talking to Tre. He listened, answered my questions and I never felt anyone was trying to sell me the car. The car (Outback SE) sold itself. I test drove in late March, but then went away on business but they followed up when I was back and I selected and bought the actual car inside 2 hours. There was not a lot of haggling, I'd done my homework on the web so had a pretty good idea what I expected to pay, and we came to a deal easily - since that's the bit I hate, this really boosted the whole experience. After much research, I decided to buy a Subaru. Patrick Motors seemed to have the best deals and the most knowledgeable staff (best at answering questions in a helpful way) so I decided to go with them. If had only one suggestion for this dealership as a whole it would be this: Please provide the information regarding the "extended warranty" that is available well before the buyer has already chosen to purchase the car. That way the buyer is able to consider this coverage at his/her leisure. I was quite pleased that the salesman took the time to "deliver" our new car to us on his day off and took the time to check on us after the sale. We had a great time. Luke made it easy. We were initially looking for a communter car, but when it seemed too small for the family Luke steered us to the Forester and we were sold on it pretty quickly. I wanted a specific color and additions, including navigation option. Luke came back to me the next day that he had found the exact car, and he would go get it (Natick) right away. Within three days of our first visit, I was driving away in the car I wanted and a finicial package that suited my needs. We have had the car for a few weeks now and it is everything Luke promised. I almost can't wait to winter to test it out (but I can wait!!). More
