I will start by saying that I love working with Joe Dinneen! This is the second car I have leased with him and he is attentive, respectul, and just an overall good person. My one star off is for the Internet sales department. I had gone in to get info on either trading in or buying out my lease then left to think it over. After that, I was contacted 1-2 times a week about my decision. I understand that they are doing their job but it was too pushy. If I could make a recommendation, I would say to give the customer space/time to make a decision. It made me almost go somewhere else. But, then I knew I could contact Joe Dinneen and he would take care of me! More

This is now my 3rd car I have brought and this was by far the easiest transaction I’ve done. Went in on like the 28th looking to get a car before the end of the year, didn’t think it was possible but was opt the easiest transaction I’ve done.
