I live about an hour away and they gave me the best price around on a 2016 GTI. I then made an appointment to come in and have my trade appraisal. The whole thing was extremely smooth,.they valued my trade at a high rate and honored the price on their GTI that they gave over the phone. There were no hidden fees and the whole process took less than hour to complete. I pick up the car this week and granted the delivery process goes smoothly I will tell other guys I know who are interested in GTIs and VWs to go to Patrick! More

I wanted a Passat and searched the group of VW dealerships in the surrounding Boston area. Patrick VW of auburn had a very good selection and the condition of the vehicles and pricing were more than ideal. I made an inquiry online on availability of one specific Passat. Within to hours I was emailed by a sales person Tyler Trinque, and exchanged a best time to come and test drive the car. we met at the designated time the car was pulled out and we went for the drive and reviewed the features and benefits of this car. No pressure not smoke and mirrors, just conversation and good info to make an informed decision on the car or others on their lot. I loved it. After discussing the financials and options I agreed to purchase the Passat, within an hour I was reviewing the financials with the business manager and looking at making all the RMV and insurance preparations. I couldn't have felt any more comfortable and informed. The team at Patrick's was attentive and very pleasant o deal with. I love the Passat and the experience in the purchase process. More
