Outstanding Dealership I was part of the Diesel buy back program. I must say originally I was very upset, once I started working with Dan at Patrick, things started to calm I was part of the Diesel buy back program. I live about an hour away and they gave me the best price around on a 2016 GTI. I then made an appointment to come in and have my trade appraisal. The whole thing was extremely smooth,.they valued my trade at a high rate and honored the price on their GTI that they gave over the phone. There were no hidden fees and the whole process took less than hour to complete. I pick up the car this week and granted the delivery process goes smoothly I will tell other guys I know who are interested in GTIs and VWs to go to Patrick! More

I actually had one of the owners of the company personally correspond with me and fix an issue I had. He not only took care of it, but went above and beyond anything I expected. This is a true 5-Star dealership. I would tell everyone I know to go here, and I will never even consider another dealer.
