Dan was excellent. He was knowledge about the car and its features and really listened to my wife and I. He didn't try to sell us a car that we didn't want and found a vehicle in our budge, with the features features and really listened to my wife and I. I called the day before to check on a vehicle, as we would be traveling 2 hours to get there. We were told by Matt (Sales MANAGER) that the vehicle is here and will be here the following day, he asked would be traveling 2 hours to get there. We were told by Matt (Sales MANAGER) that the vehicle is here and will be here the following day, he asked what time we would be coming in. Advised him we are coming from NY and we would be there around 6PM. He said no problem, to ask for him and he would see us then. After our 2 hour drive, when we got there we were told the car has NOT been sold but went out on the truck that morning for auction or cleaning, whatever it was, no one was clear, nor seem to care. So we wasted time, gas, money to take a drive only to find the car was not there. The sales associate reported this to the GM and manager on at the time, but no one came out to apologize, there was nothing they could do for us. Wouldn't they have known the day before the car was going out on a truck?! Or maybe the MANAGER Matt could of advised to hold that car to go out because I have potential buyers coming in...that would make sense, right?! But for no one from management to come out of their office and apologize, shows VERY poor customer service. I guess its better I did not do business with a place like this, who knows what else would of went wrong. So a lesson I learned from this is do NOT trust anyone word and do not buy from Patrick Auto in Auburn MA. More

I just bought a 2007 Honda Accord Hybrid from Patrick VW.
