This was my first VW purchase and they made it easy, comfortable, and best of all transparent and honest. Transparency, and honesty are things you rarely find in a car dealership, but they were both apparent from the moment I walked into the showroom. I never considered a VW before, but I am glad that I visited Patrick VW, because the vehicle is just as great as the service that I experienced, and I love my 2018 Tiguan. As long as Patrick continues to provide this level of service, I will not only continue to be a customer, but recommend them as well, even though there are many local VW dealers who are much closer.
