Hal Smith knew that the truck was going to Indiana and told me congratulations on your purchase, and even helped my mom in the truck. I waited for the title to come in and it never did. Called James Wilkens to let him know the paper tag was ready to expire so he sent another tag, which I never received. Then they tell us its a problem on their end as to why the title is not here. And that the insurance is out of state so the lein holder in Oklahoma wants insurance in Oklahoma. I've contacted a Attorney and he's calling it BS and bullying. I can have the truck wherever I want as long as the payment is made and it has insurance on it. I will never go to Bob Moore to change the tire on my wheelbarrow. The place is a joke. More
about 3 hours to check out after we decided on the car We purchased a Grand Cherokee for cash, but they still insisted on us waiting in line for three hours to talk to the Finance guy who was rude and insu We purchased a Grand Cherokee for cash, but they still insisted on us waiting in line for three hours to talk to the Finance guy who was rude and insulting, wanted us to sign multiple documents without reading and was upset when we took the time to read and point out that 90% of the document didn't apply to us. The salesman misled us on the navigation system implying that is was installed when infact it was not. Found that out as we were driving across country to our new home a few days later. It was over 600$ to install the map package which we believed was already installed. The Manager and Salesman NEVER RESEPONDED to our multiple messages trying to get this amicably resolved. In otherwords, when they have your money, they don't care. They will send you endless follow-up sales letters hower. More

Sean Chapman started out by giving me the wrong phone number was extremely had to get in touch with had to call main number and ask to speak to a Supervisor but operator only located him and never got me with his Supervisor, was told my car was finished but still at the dealership 7-8-17 after being there since 6-28-17. I had planned to purchase a new jeep in two year when my grandson is ready for college but will not be buying it from Bob Moore More

John Winfield was an excellent salesman, knowledgeable of the vehicles, and not pushy at all - he let the cars speak for themselves during the test drive. These guys also helped me get the best financing possible, even though Capital One did not honor the APR quoted to me during pre-approval. Tracey Dean was also wonderful to work with and really helped us to understand the additional options available during purchase without being pushy or overbearing. More
