Incompetent service MANAGER Bob Moore needs to find someone who is compelled to do his job as tge service manager. Most all reviews including mine were negative regarding the service department. The parts department should be looked at as well. Ordering the right part always helps if your going to install them.. These are suppose to be professionals. Not shade tree mechanics. More

Best Experience Ever I was referred to Bob Moore by a friend and told to ask for Bill. When I arrived Bill was the first one to greet me. Great Buying experience I was met promptly when I walked onto the lot at 9 AM, and Questions where answered quickly and honestly. I told the salesman we did not need a test d I was met promptly when I walked onto the lot at 9 AM, and Questions where answered quickly and honestly. I told the salesman we did not need a test drive just needed to get the price right, and that I had another truck to see if we could not get close on the price. The Price was met, got a great deal, and they got me through financing and on the road by 11:30AM. Got to meet with the service department and they took great care of me and my new truck. Hopefully all my future visits will go as good. Just have to wait and see. Thank you to everyone that helped yesterday!!! More

Terrible service department! The customer service at Bob Moore is awful. They sold me the car just fine. But taking it in to be serviced is another story. They take there sweet t The customer service at Bob Moore is awful. They sold me the car just fine. But taking it in to be serviced is another story. They take there sweet time to do anything. When calling to check on the status of the vehicle they act suprised that you are calling and even put out that you want information about it. EVERY SINGLE TIME I have taken my car in to them they have "lost" the vehicle, taking between 30 minutes and an HOUR to find it and give it back! I regret buying anything from Bob Moore. It will NEVER happen again! More
