They do not like females I took my car in to be serviced. The blower on the A/C hasn't been working for 4 months now. The rude service guy named "Jessie" tried so hard to conv I took my car in to be serviced. The blower on the A/C hasn't been working for 4 months now. The rude service guy named "Jessie" tried so hard to convince me that it "was working just fine". When I go pick up my car I get in and start it and sure enough it's not working. I went back in and asked him to come out and look at it. And he absolutely refused he said I needed t I make another appointment. I don't believe anyone looked at my car at all. They treated me badly because I am a female. I will NEVER bring my car back to them. More
Tried to Cheat Me I used this dealer for years before Bob Moore purchased it. The first time I had an oil change, the guy brought me a slip of paper that showed the ba I used this dealer for years before Bob Moore purchased it. The first time I had an oil change, the guy brought me a slip of paper that showed the battery needed replacement and tried to pressure me to buy a new battery. What he did not know was I had just had the battery replaced. And the VIN printed on the slip was not my car. These people are crooks. FInd a different dealer. More

Worst Dealership ever. We called 3 hours ahead and made appointment to see vehicle. Upon arrival we did not see the vehicle on the lot. They had to go get the vehicle and it We called 3 hours ahead and made appointment to see vehicle. Upon arrival we did not see the vehicle on the lot. They had to go get the vehicle and it was not clean. They also told us they had other appointments to see the car, which was unbelieveable due to the car not being clean. There was a old cup inside. The windshield wiper fluid was bone dry. The rear driver's side window would not roll down. The interior panel on console was not installed properly and neither was the cup holder. We found schematic in the trunk that showed somebody had been working on or trying to fix the window that would not roll down.They "scribbled" sold as is on over the top of an agreement to give us their price on any repairs or labor. They offered to sell us an obscenely over-priced warranty. We got home and discovered a few other small issues. The front passenger door does not unlock and two buttons on the radio do not work. We took the car to a mechanic and had a complete shakedown on it. Needed new front brakes is all. Thank goodness it seems mechanically sound. Fortunately we were able to negotiate a price we felt was fair, but they acted insulted. They also only gave us one key and key-fobe. They would not give us a complimentary tank of gas and the car only had 1/8th of a tank. They seemed in a hurry to get us out of there. The salesman, Zach, was friendly. We did not care for the sales manager at all. He did not seem forthright and had the stereo-typical sales weasel personality. Our biggest complaint----Prior to our arrival we ran car fax and it listed two possible open recalls. They told us one was fixed. Got home and called GM and discovered both recalls still open. Can not understand why they did not take the car to a GM Dealership to have the recalls fixed. More
