Awful experience I purchased a truck here around the end of March. The inside trim on my doors did not match and I was promised it'd be resolved soon. First, I was tol I purchased a truck here around the end of March. The inside trim on my doors did not match and I was promised it'd be resolved soon. First, I was told the manufacturer is responsible and the dealership was waiting on parts. It took many phone calls and me showing up at the dealership multiple times to figure this much out. They finally called me to come in and fix my doors (after 6 weeks). Turns out, they didn't even have all the parts needed yet and couldn't tell me when they'd be in. I talked to the sales manager again and he told me they'd just tear another door off a truck in the lot, which I suggested to them to begin with. It ended up being another couple of weeks before they called me in again (three months after purchase). They gave me a loaner truck that had almost no gas in it while my door was getting fixed. When I mentioned this to Lucas, he asked if it could make it to the gas station. While this ordeal was going on, I requested a spray in bed liner almost every time I talked to someone. I could never get a straight answer from anyone about it. When they finally called me to tell me my doors were fixed, I asked about the bed liner again. I guess Lucas never told the service dept. about it so they had no idea. So they had to keep my truck another day cause I wasn't about to get it back without one after all this trouble. Yes I got SOMETHING out of all this (a bed liner...woo). Was it worth my time and all the trouble? Not really. I still plan on telling people not to go here for new purchases. Also, if you were referred by a friend or family to go here cause of their fairness in pricing, think again or do more research. They did not give me a good price on my truck. I should've done more research, but I figured since members of my family have bought 4 or 5 vehicles from them, they'd take care of me. More

Second chance. I bought an suv from them, Allen was great. He knew everything there was to know about the vehicle we were buying. We did have some issues after the sell with Larry (the sales manager) but Patrick stepped in quickly and got our issues resolved. Our experience was a relaxing and no pressure visit. Candy was knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions. We didn't buy our jeep on the first visit and again no pressure as we walked out the door. Candy researched what we were looking for and was responsive to our requests. We did visit other dealerships and comparing that our visit from start to finish at Bob Moore was stress free. In saying this we did purchase our 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited from Bob Moore with Candy's assistance. Thanks Candy! More
DONT SERVICE YOUR CAR HERE After purchasing a pickup from another dealership I desided to take it here for service. Well that went all south after a week with the truck they fin After purchasing a pickup from another dealership I desided to take it here for service. Well that went all south after a week with the truck they finally told me they could not repair it under the Mopar Warranty so I called my original dealer and they said they would gladly take cafe of it, so I told that to Bob Moore's service manager "BEN". I still paid for the diagnostic and on my way I went. This was on a Thursday, the following Tuesday I took it to the other dealership only to find out "BEN" had called Mopar that Monday to tell them my truck was extremely modified WHICH VOIDED MY WARRANTY. My truck had only 44k miles and was covered until 120k. If you had a much as an exhaust tip on your vehicle don't take it here. By the way the truck does have a lift which was bought like that brand new. More
