Not a positive experience. Had to continually chase Beau for answers and followup. He did a video walkaround, but completely failed to show or mention a cracked headlight (with a hole) and a missing piece on the running boards. Mechnically, we had another problem… the day after the truck was delivered, the check engine light went on. Our mechanic suspects that it was temporarily reset by the dealership just to make the sale. We fully believe this was the case as the timing is just too coincidental. We now have an appt with our local dealership to get this checked out. We also have an appointment to get the cracked headlight replaced … which will be over $800. And the missing running board piece is costing us another $75. Very expensive oversights. And there’s more …. It’s been weeks since we received the truck, and after multiple requests, we STILL don’t have our sales paperwork. We couldn’t be more unhappy. We didnt feel the dealership was honest at all … and took advantage of the fact that this was a remote sale and that we were going to have the car shipped. We’d give zero stars if we could. More

I was introduced to a vehicle, test drove it, taken to finance and signed ALL of the paperwork, then told they needed to run it through the shop one last time and it would be available the next day. Inste finance and signed ALL of the paperwork, then told they needed to run it through the shop one last time and it would be available the next day. Instead, there was something wrong, then the next day something wrong, then the next day unfit to sale, and they were unable to put me into any other vehicle in their enormous inventory. So, I went elsewhere to purchase a vehicle. Now with that being said I am grateful that they did in fact loan me a vehicle while they attempted to figure out their shadiness, but overall, would never recommend them to anyone. More

Never seen a dealership low ball a trade in so obviously . Other dealers offered 41k and 42 k for our jeep. Patriot offered 27k. Ridiculous . Even the mid range is in the high 36k. For factory.
