I had found a 2008 Dodge Magnum SRT-8 on the dealer web site on a Friday morning about 9:30am PST and called regarding the car. I had been looking for this type of car for some time and knew their value an site on a Friday morning about 9:30am PST and called regarding the car. I had been looking for this type of car for some time and knew their value and also understood that when one came up for sale they didn't last long. I spoke with Alan Post who gave me the full information on the car and answered all my questions. Because I was an out-of-state buyer I asked if I could arrange for someone to inspect and drive the car and Alan said certainly. We were abe t arrange for a family friend to go to the dealership and inspect the car and take it for a test drive. Upon completion of that drive Alan gave my friend his cell phone to call us and give us his input, which was "two thumbs up"! At that point I told Alan we would take the car and asked what they needed from us to complete the sale. With Alan's help we were able to connect our credit union with his finance folks and they were able to exchange information to ensure the dealership we had the funds to purchase the car. A check was cut to Bob Moore and an electronic copy was sent. I purchased a plane ticket and flew to Tulsa Sunday afternoon. Over the course of Friday Alana and I spoke 10 or 12 times and he always gotback to me when he said he would and followed up with all my questions. Monday morning Alan picked me up at my hotel and took me to the dealership to inspect the car, give it a test drive and answer any new questions I had. His demeanor was friendly and professional and there was never any concern on my part that I was being "fed a story" or BS'd in any way. I then went in to sign all the paperwork and met Chris Kennedy, the Finance Manager, who continued the same professional and courteous service. Chris went so far as to call the previous owner of the car while I was in his office to see if they had any issues with the car while they owned it (turns out they had added children and needed a larger vehicle). In addition Chris and Alan went over the full details of all the work Bob Moore had done on the car before it was listed on-line. Alan took me out to the service department and we were able to review, and get copies of, all the work orders they had on the vehicle including replacement of the front and rear brake rotors and pads, installation of a new battery and completion of an open recall notice. Alan then spent an hour and a half going over the features of the car, its radio and navigation systems, the EVIC (Electronic Vehicle Information Center) information displays and just walking me around the car opening and closing everything and familiarizing me with the vehicle; I had a 2,000 mile drive home and was attempting to stay ahead of a major winter storm rolling in from the West Coast. By the time we got done I felt confident I knew the car well enough to be on my way. These guys are not only courteous, professional and honest, with exemplary service, but they are CAR GUYS! They did everything I asked and more, and I would recommend them to anyone who needs a vehicle and wants to be treated with respect, honesty and integrity. I was in the car business in the ‘60’s and 70’s and have been a “gear head” most of my life. I have dealt with many dealers over the years and I will say that even though I’m 2,000 miles away I may go back there again myself! More

Arrived at dealership Saturday morning, it was cold and raining, I was looking at a 2010 Ford Fusion. Shane came out in the rain, went back and got the keys, we test drove, Went back inside, had a coffee, raining, I was looking at a 2010 Ford Fusion. Shane came out in the rain, went back and got the keys, we test drove, Went back inside, had a coffee, checked the car fax, ended up with 2 small issues, right turn sig bulb was out, he had it fixed on the spot, and there was a recall that was issued on wheel nuts that had not been taken care of. He setup with a local Ford dealer for the recall. I bought the car and after the paper work was filled out, he followed me home in my new, to me, Fusion. Very pleased with a quailty used car from Bob Moore, and Shane's help with the purchase. More
I walked in with a terrible credit score, entry level job, and a junk car to trade in. He also spent the time explaining to me how they were proposing it so that it tailored to my credit score, and they wanted to give it the highest success rate. I am so used to getting rejected at dealerships that I came in on a lunch break to see if they could even do anything, but he had me leaving work early to come back and finish paperwork. The entire process from walking in and letting him know what I wanted, financing, getting paperwork on my side, signing for it, and driving away had to have been less than an hour and a half. I now know what it feels like to enjoy a car buying experience. Bob Puckett is the man, and everyone needs to know it! More

Best car buying experience ever! When I arrived at the dealership I was met by Hal Smith right away. I told him what vehicle I was interested in and he immediately went and got the keys for me. He answered all my questions and even told me more information about the vehicle. When my husband arrived he kindly went over all the information with him that he had told me. He offered us a test drive and when we returned to the dealership even showed us another car we were interested in and took the time to put the two vehicles side by side so we could see the differences. After doing this we knew exactly which one we wanted. I gave the rating I did because the service from Hal was very friendly and not pushy. He was very patient and very quick with all the paperwork. I also feel like the dealership had a very reasonable price on the vehicle compared to some other dealerships I had checked out.I would highly recommend this dealership to other people! More
