Best car buying experience ever! When I arrived at the dealership I was met by Hal Smith right away. I told him what vehicle I was interested in and he immediately went and got the keys for me. He offered us a test drive and when we returned to the dealership even showed us another car we were interested in and took the time to put the two vehicles side by side so we could see the differences. After doing this we knew exactly which one we wanted. I gave the rating I did because the service from Hal was very friendly and not pushy. He was very patient and very quick with all the paperwork. I also feel like the dealership had a very reasonable price on the vehicle compared to some other dealerships I had checked out.I would highly recommend this dealership to other people! More

Very honest!!! Not trying to get you to have service/maintenance done on your vehicle that is not needed. Ryan went the "extra step" and was very helpful!! I thought that I needed a key to my service/maintenance done on your vehicle that is not needed. Ryan went the "extra step" and was very helpful!! I thought that I needed a key to my Chrysler 300 replaced, so I went in and he could have very easily just charged me the $200 and gave me a new key, but instead he opened my key and repaired it, for FREE. It is so nice to receive service and be made to feel like people actually care these days and both of these techs did a GREAT JOB!! KUDOS TO BOB MOORE DODGE!! More

I had been looking for a car for over two weeks when I decided to drive two hours to visit the Bob Moore dealership in Tulsa.When I arrived it was late in the afternoon, the Salesman, Hal, didn't try to p decided to drive two hours to visit the Bob Moore dealership in Tulsa.When I arrived it was late in the afternoon, the Salesman, Hal, didn't try to push me into buying a vechicle that it didn't feel comfortable in driving. They stayed openned until I finally made a decision of what I wanted, help going over the numbers several times, to make sure I choose the right vechicle for me. Most dealership that I had visited were trying place me a vechicle that I didn't like, and the Bob Moore dealership of Tulsa even was able to beat the interest rate that my bank offer of 3.750. Its been over a month I am glad I drove two hours in a rental that I was getting back and forth to work in to Tulsa. I would recommend anyone to make the trip to Tulsa to buy their next vechicle.
