The service was performed thoroughly and in a timely manner. No superfluous procedures were recommended, but necessary ancilliary maintanence was noted and taken care of. I had not taken my car to a dealership for service in quite some time based on previous bad experiences, but because of the quality of their work and their attentive personnel I will be returning my vehicle to Patriot when the time comes. I never met or spoke to Ryan, but Korey was friendly and tried his best to be helpful. I drove >3hrs both ways to get a 2022 Tesla Y b/c I was told it had FSD & it did not. Also, there was no effort to make tried his best to be helpful. I drove >3hrs both ways to get a 2022 Tesla Y b/c I was told it had FSD & it did not. Also, there was no effort to make a good deal other than stretching the financing as they were trying to pay me >$6000 under KBB fair market trade for my Model 3 & only dropped the price by $1000 when I wanted my deposit back. Thankfully a dealer in AL gave me a fair deal and I’m having it delivered. Everyone I worked with was friendly and professional, however not a competitive dealership. More
