I was charged for an oil change even though I had multiple free ones still left from the dealer. Dropped my truck off for an oil and fuel filter change at 8am, was told it should be read by 1. The sales man, Roy, didn't know much. He didn't know about what Carfax can state about accidents, what Carfax stated about the vehicle I looked at, nor what problems existed. He had to ask someone else about every question I had, and permission for everything. He didn't know what he was doing, or wasn't trusted to do it. The dealership seems to give a very little, they just want to make the sale and move on. The finance and warranty rep, Richard, said to email him if I had questions, but he will no respond to email. I called, he didn't return the call. I'm going to have to go back in to get my questions answered. I'm inquiring about a warranty option he didn't inform me about. Now it seems like once they get the vehicle sold, they don't need to pay attention to you anymore. More

Two months to fix a transmission. Lied several times through the process. Pacifica had 32,000 miles. Warranty work, the dealership was reimbursed over $10,000 for terrible service. Hard to believe Chrysler, Dodge, Ram and Jeep would allow Patriot to represent the brand. More
