Disappointing I've been using Bob Moore Service for my two Ram/Cummins trucks since 2007. My past experience has always been good, but not so this last time. On Mon I've been using Bob Moore Service for my two Ram/Cummins trucks since 2007. My past experience has always been good, but not so this last time. On Monday 2/17/2020 I called to get two minor recalls done and an oil & filter service. I was given an appointment for Friday, 2/21 @ 8:00 AM and showed up promptly. At noon I got a call from Service saying that I also needed fuel filters and a brake fluid flush. I replied that if the tech would have looked at the "Vehicle Information" readout on the dash, he would have seen that the fuel filters registered 90% good. I realize that while "up-selling" is a common practice, it makes no sense to replace a component that is only 10% used. I declined the additional work and asked when the truck would be ready to pick up, and was told 1:30 that afternoon. I heard nothing, so at 3:00 I called and was put on hold and then disconnected. I called the next AM and was told "they are still working on it, I'll check". Then he returned and said "it was ready yesterday, didn't anyone call you?" I said "No, no calls and OK, send your shuttle driver to pick me up"..."Sorry, we don't have a driver on Saturday." I had a friend drive me and picked up the truck. I noticed that they removed the "next service" decal and did not replace it with a new one, and also removed the Costco tire rotation decal, so now I'll have to guess when to rotate the tires. I hope this was a one-time-only glitch, as I've had good results with them in the past. I'll give them one more try before finding another dealer....... More

Best friends until the contracts are signed They did a great job ordering my truck. The salesman was very helpful right up, literally, to the minute the contracts were signed. He was supposed to give us a walk through on the truck but claimed he had an anniversary dinner with his wife (or girlfriend) scheduled that night and couldn't stay to do it - apparently neither could anyone else. I made the mistake of giving the dealer stellar reviews on the RAM survey because you only have a couple days to do that and I was sure the dealer would make it right. Problem is, I've emailed several there - sales manager, salesman, finance manager, every contact I could find, and left voice mail messages, none of which were returned. I still don't know how to operate the touch screen features, connect my phone, etc. and I've read the manual. I read the manual for how to turn on the cargo lights in the bed. The manual didn't match my dash at all but I did finally find a button on the dash... It was over 3 months later, always frustrated that I had to go in the cab to turn on the lights, that I found a rubber covered button in the bed to turn them on - that wasn't in the manual. Yes; a walk through with your dealer is important. I have been completely dissatisfied with this dealer for their after-sale support. I can't believe I let them sucker me into buying their private branded extended warranty instead of an actual RAM warranty. I'm going to be stuck with these people for 5 years. At 3 months, I got an email to schedule my first service so I replied back with some time preferences and asked them to schedule. Even though the email went to service@ I never got a response... No surprise in that. So I went online to their website to get the number to call and saw they had online scheduling through a chat. Turns out the service scheduling chat person can't schedule an oil change. I did have to call. When I called, they asked my mileage and I replied 3020. They scheduled the service. Because of bad weather, I cancelled the service 2 days ahead and went to the local dealer (50 miles closer) instead. Local dealer said they'd change my oil but they recommended waiting until around 7000 miles because it's synthetic blend. I said what about time - it's been 3 months. They said even if it takes a year, go by the mileage. Bob Moore, of course, didn't tell me that and was willing to take my money in silence.. Did I mention it's good to have a walk through with the dealer? The sales person could have told me that in a walk through. I definitely do not recommend them and I wish I could redo my RAM survey with what I know now. More
Worst Service Department Ever! Since Management has changed over and new staff they provide horrible service. My vehicle currently is there AFTER I’ve paid $800 to get my car fixed, brought it TIGHT back because it started running hot as soon as I left the shop, Now saying a gasket was blown knowing they Caused it. I’ve been WITHOUT a Vehicle for OVER 2 weeks and did NOT even offer me a loaner vehicle until they fixed what they damaged. I’m having to call them to check on the status of my vehicle and it’s a different story each time I call. They do NOT care about the customers. They just want you to spend MONEY. It’s all about MONEY with Bob Moore. They do NOT know anything about customer loyalty. I miss the old East Tulsa Dodge. It was way more professional, friendly, and they were very honest if they made a mistake they fixed it instead of trying to put the fault on the customer. I’ve contacted the corporate headquarters about my issues and I am going to continue telling my story because it needs to be heard. Do NOT take your car there. It will end up with MORE ISSUES than what you originally took it in there for. But I will get results! More

Great experience, no pressure to buy. I had stopped buy looked at a few trucks told sales I wanted to spend. I felt and went to 3 other Chrysler Jeep Dodge dealerships in town, to my suprise, I got the tru looked at a few trucks told sales I wanted to spend.
