I don’t believe they even did the software update on my car when I brought it in. Then tried to tell me all my tires needed replaced before I got a rotation, when 3 of them are brand new! Tried to quote me car when I brought it in. Then tried to tell me all my tires needed replaced before I got a rotation, when 3 of them are brand new! Tried to quote me at $3000 when I brought the car in for a free recall and a $20 rotation. Will not be coming back. More

I bought an 08 Jeep Wrangler with the tire and check engine light on The dealership agreed to fix both and charge the ac for me. My salesman Rey has been good.He’s returned every message. The service manager Brian Finley on the other hand has been horrible. He hasn’t taken or returned one phone call from me. It’s been 35 days now and the Jeep still hasn’t been repaired. I got there at 250pm for my 3pm appointment. I didn't leave until after 530. I live in prague and had to drive to tulsa, didn't know I could do this at a closer dealership. But a simple 30 minut I didn't leave until after 530. I live in prague and had to drive to tulsa, didn't know I could do this at a closer dealership. But a simple 30 minute inspection took close to three hours to do. I understand they had other cars to attend to. But this was ridiculous, I lost my entire afternoon waiting. More
