Poor communication. I purchased a car and had it shipped to me and it had issues that were not brought to my attention. I didn't find out until I received the car. Then when I asked about the issues and how they were going to make it right one issue they told me to bring it to the chevy dealer and it should be covered under warranty and I never heard back from them about the other issues. These issues with the car should have been brought to my attention or repaired before it was shipped. More

Scheduled pick up of a cash purchase. Arrived at scheduled time/date and car had not been delivered to dealership. Week later, no word from dealership. Contacted them for delivery or Arrived at scheduled time/date and car had not been delivered to dealership. Week later, no word from dealership. Contacted them for delivery or refund. They offered to deliver vehicle. Agreed if they would send someone to go over vehicle features and operation of options. Vehicle was delivered unscheduled. Neither persons that delivered knew anything about the vehicle. Headliner above driver seat and above driver side rear was filthy w oily dirt. Looks like a mechanic's oily hand prints. Scrape on driver side down to the primer. Numerous emails from various dealership persons during this ordeal. All about appointments missed that I never scheduled after the first on site appointment to pick up vehicle that was not there. Best price in area is only positive. More
