I somehow got frustrated trying to deal with service people, daniel in particular. I was ready to go somewhere else and happened to get in touch with teresa. She really helped alot and introduced me to people, daniel in particular. I was ready to go somewhere else and happened to get in touch with teresa. She really helped alot and introduced me to rj who finally really helped me. I couldn't ever get answers from anybody else. No phone calls, no texts after I told them thats how to contact me. I went to get my truck because they said it was ready. Service man said he would get it and said to wait up in the waiting room. I waited 45 min and finally went back down and blew up. They still hadn't brought my truck around yet. Pitiful. Glad I won't be buying anything soon. I'm done ranting but know my frustration level was really high. More
