I had to take off work twice to get oil change and infotainment system updated because they couldn’t get “two techs in the same day” scheduled. When I came in for the update they had me scheduled for infotainment system updated because they couldn’t get “two techs in the same day” scheduled. When I came in for the update they had me scheduled for the wrong day when I specifically asked for Thursday, when I get there they informed me that I was scheduled for Friday. Then they proceeded to tell me we MIGHT can get you worked in but not sure. Pretty disappointing More

Oil change was done right. They didn’t do a full check because the fuel filter needs replaced, so now I have to schedule another appointment. Also I had my light bulb a different color and I wanted them all to match. They said they could do it. Over $100 just on a light and now I still have a mix of led bulbs v.s halogen bulbs. I also asked about my screen glitching and the service center said I would have to make another appointment for that when it could have been a simple fix. They also did not check for recalls so again another appointment I have to make. I think they will lose my business. I’ll go to Clarksville. More
