When my GMC was ready, a service center rep (who did not tell me his name...saw it on Invoice) said oil change and multi-point inspection were completed; the mirror was working fine just a little slow but he didn't think I should spend $600 to fix it. The tires were not checked, but he didn't think it was time for rotation. My next visit I will ask for Patrick...who, on a previous visit, treated me respectfully, was concerned regarding my problems, and saved me "hundreds of dollars" on replacement of a running light. More
