Oustanding Service Rep I had an appointment and when I showed up they were backed up due to a power outage. They told me it may be an hour or so, but not only completed the I had an appointment and when I showed up they were backed up due to a power outage. Not Good! Took our 2010 Cad to Brad Fenton around August 1. When backing up, hear a grinding sound coming from right rear of car. When Susan pulled into service Took our 2010 Cad to Brad Fenton around August 1. When backing up, hear a grinding sound coming from right rear of car. When Susan pulled into service area and backed up, 2 service employees heard the sound and expressed concern. Left car for 8 days. During that time service dept called and asked Susan to come down (we live 30 miles from dealership) and see if she could duplicate the sound because they could not. She backed the car up and, of course, no sound!. So, we took it home, but it still makes the noise, most of the time when backing out of driveway. So, we took the car back to dealership on 8/24 and left it for 2 weeks while we were on vacation. We returned to dealership 9/7 to pick up car. Appeared that nothing had been done. Same problem exists. We'll NOT be going back! More
