Receipt says I received a tire rotation but based off the tires they weren’t touched. Not to mention my car has an added 20 miles after visit. Had issues purchasing the vehicle here and now with it being ser tires they weren’t touched. Not to mention my car has an added 20 miles after visit. Not so much the dealer, but the salesman and service department. To begin with, he knew we were coming to look at the vehicle the day before. He should have reserved it and had it detailed, ready and wa department. To begin with, he knew we were coming to look at the vehicle the day before. He should have reserved it and had it detailed, ready and waiting for us. Instead, when we got to the dealership, someone had taken it to Tulsa and from what I heard, forgot their phone. He kept us waiting 3 hours in his office. When we got it, it smelled so strong of cigarette smoke it would about gag you. Then we brought it in the next day for it to be detailed. Told him we would like it that night - Friday. They did nothing to it. When we came back to the dealership Saturday morning, nothing had been done. We were assured they would get to it FIRST thing Monday morning. After my husband called them, it was 12:30 before it was picked up and then it was not ready until Thursday. Granted, this was during the fair and some people were on vacation. I get that, but tell me ahead of time, don't lie to me. More
