Point of sale interaction with Jeremiah and finance person were fine. After sale interaction with Broc Ackerman and Clint Ackerman wasn’t good. Broc was maybe new and instead of just saying that he gav person were fine. After sale interaction with Broc Ackerman and Clint Ackerman wasn’t good. Broc was maybe new and instead of just saying that he gave incorrect, incomplete, confusing and contradictory answers. Clint called back with an attitude (maybe they are related, not sure). I was finally able to get answers and work out logistics to get deliverable done after talking to their subcontractor, Auto Accessories. We were told by Jeremiah and by Broc that we would get a loaner while the work was done but that didn’t happen. More
