If I could give this dealership negative 1,000,000 stars I would! I am diligently pursuing a lawsuit against this dealership. One of their sales guys guaranteed a friend of mines 18 year old functioning autistic son that he was approved after pulling his credit over the phone for a $40,000 plus dollar Titan. We went to dealership, where I was also purchasing a jeep and got financing and was about to sign papers when they told me the jeep had a salvage title, a lot of other recorded details in between and I found out that the young man was NOT approved and they put me as a co-signor on his loan without my consent and was trying to trick me into signing papers. Pulled my credit multiple times even tho I was very adamant about only pulling it once. They raised the price of the vehicle the boy was buying by $3,000 even tho I have pictures showing the price but that way they got his trade in for free. There are too many things to mention that this dealership did and for all of those reasons and so much damage to my credit report that I can’t even get a loan for a vehicle now. Worse dealership I’ve ever dealt with and will tell as many people as I can about how wrong they did me and an undeserving mentally disadvantaged young man and they tried to take advantage of and bully. Patriot completely shattered the dreams of two people who didn’t deserve what this dealership put us through, the consequences we are paying for from their actions and the damage to our credit that will take a very long time to repair. I will post updates as I can regarding the lawsuit. Bad dealerships need to pay for these awful things they do to innocent people everyday who just don’t catch their scams like I did. More

Took my Jeep Grand Cherokee to Patriot to see if they could fix a problem that the Jeep Dealer in Shawnee couldn't. Talked to Rocky when I brought it in and in 10 minutes Kyle found the problem.
