I contacted the dealership in February regarding my compass not working and was asked to bring it in as it was still under warranty. I took the truck in they checked it reset my computer system and no compass not working and was asked to bring it in as it was still under warranty. I took the truck in they checked it reset my computer system and nothing. They then advised to take out and drive in circles and it would reset. I did this and still nothing. They advised we would need to order another radio. I heard nothing for over to months . When I finally called to ask about it I was told " yes it is in" nd an appointment was set up to bring my truck in. Once I brought my truck in I asked why it had taken so long and they said they had the wrong number for me. This was funny because I received a text the day after I first brought it in asking me to fill out the survey. At any rate, they called said there was a problem, the installed the new radio but the touchscreen didn't work and would have to order another one and they would contact me when it came in. I have waited from March to August and no call. I finally had to have my truck serviced for an oil change and asked about the radio. I was told it was there and that they could get in in in just a few days. I asked if they could also install an aftermarket light bar at that time and how much that would cost. The price was over what I wanted to spend but the radio was installed and working properly. I thought they should have installed the light bar at a lessor price if not free due to the negligence on their part on fixing my truck. More

Drove from Tuttle OK. to look at a ram that Arthur Bowie had replied back from a email I sent. Arthur was very prompt to reply unlike three other dealer I contacted. Hard to believe that a company can't even honor their own advertised pricing (online advertisment attached). When speaking with the salesperson, the MSRP I was presented with didn't even match the window st advertised pricing (online advertisment attached). When speaking with the salesperson, the MSRP I was presented with didn't even match the window sticker ($41070). When I asked about it, I was told about the nationwide "chip shortage", like that changes a current advertised price that I (and they) pulled up right then on their website. The sales manager then pulled up their competitors website to show me David Stanley's average price on the vehicle ($37k). I looked at him and said "yeah, I know. I looked at it before I came here. I came here for the deal you are advertising". The sales manager then said to me: "when Mopar gives cash back incentives (i.e the two $1k deals pictured and the additional $500), we (the dealer) have to pay them back. And [name redacted] is trying to feed her kids". I said "So you advertise something you don't want to honor?". He tried to pull some random fine print (i.e: the offers don't stack [which only the $500 doesn't stack, which is irrelevant since I'm active duty and Chrysler offers $500 cash back for Vets/active duty]) to try to disqualify their offers. I wasn't biting. Finally, when I said, "look, we are too far apart here, we don't need to talk this anymore. You aren't even close to your advertisement". The sales manager had the audacity to look at me and insult me by saying: "that's because you're a price chaser". Because asking for the advertised price to be honored is reason enough to be insulted... Patriot CDJR... Where the "Patriot Price" is a complete lie and Nationwide Chrysler incentives are not honored since they lose money on it. Way to treat a fellow veteran. More
