To start off we were 5 hours out of state. Was told truck had certain options and then when we arrived it didn’t. Was very sketchy deal numbers were never discussed after asking multiple times. Truck was listed at one price then when we got back to signing it was raised to another price. (Should have walked away but really wanted the truck) we brought it up and was told it’s normal they have to adjust numbers blah blah blah!!!! We are young and bought into this. It was a slick move we learned a lot from this place and it wasn’t good. Then After returning home and being told they were going to pay for the options to be installed that it didn’t have. I made some calls and found out the money they are giving us will barley cover one option much less the 3. If anything maybe the warranty they sold us will be what was said. Since once we got home and got truck in shop noticed an oil leak( pretty good one) so we got the shaft on this experience, but we learned there are crooked people in the car game and never take somebody’s word for anything. Overall I don’t recommend these people. It’s shady and not any good. We got a learning experience from it and won’t be back and I’ll make sure to never let and if my family or friends or strangers go here. More
