My purchase of a 2019 Ram Bighorn on 23 Apr 20 couldn't have gone better, but first what brought me here. I've purchased 3 Jeep's since 2013 from Automax when they were in Shawnee, and sent 3 friends there that bought 4 vehicles between them, no more. Since Joe Cooper took over that dealership, their service is terrible and that's being kind. The navigation unit went out on my 2013 Wrangler right before Christmas. I took it to Cooper, they verified it was under warranty and would give me a call when they had the new unit in. To make a long story short, my Jeep was finally fixed last week. At no time during the 3 months did the service department call me, I had to initiate all calls with the continued excuse they're transitioning, I'm a nice guy but common on. Each time I was told they were going to put their best guy on it, never happened. On my last call before it was fixed the individual on the phone said "yes sir it came in 2 days ago, we were getting ready to call you", whatever. So when I started to look for a new Ram to replace my old truck, I looked around and found what I wanted at Patriot CDJR in Chandler. My first call was answered by Tynan, polite eager to help young guy new to selling cars who went out of his way to communicate with me. He handed my off to Jeremy the Sales Manager, experienced, professional, customer service oriented as well, he did everything he needed to make the deal. I asked him to add a few things to the truck and within a couple days my truck was waiting on me to pick up, all over the phone. I couldn't go get it right away, Jeremy sent me pics of the truck with the add-ons. My wife has health issues that makes her risky to COVID, when we arrived to pickup the truck Jeremy walked everything outside for us to sign, keeping her from having to enter the dealership. I will not forget his concern over making sure she felt comfortable! I also received a text from KaCee, the Customer Service Manager to check on us. Blake Redus in customer service texted and walked me through Android Auto setup. Jeremy, we want to thank you and your team for taking care of us. From valuing my trade-in, walking me through the pricing to include rebates I qualified for, financing, adding the leveling kit and power steps to delivery. Your team at Patriot understands customer service which so many seem to have forgotten. As I shared when we talked, we'll be bringing our 2018 Jeep Wrangler in for service along with the Ram. Service experience was hands down the greatest! This was my first visit but someone met me at the door, asked me what I needed, directed me to service and the service guy was amazing!
