Had repair to DEF system and recall corrected. We had to replace the def pump which took a week to get in and replace. Also had to correct a recall issue. Rockie was our contact. I called the service Dept. on Thursday afternoon around 6pm. to see what was going on and they told me it was done yesterday, but I had not heard a word from anyone at the Dealership. So I came Friday morning to pick up the truck at 7:45 and I signed a paper and the Service person gave me a copy that had nothing on it,and walked off,didn't say what they did or anything. More
