The craziest thing happened today. I went in to purchase a jeep listed at 16,888 just for it to jump to 19,888 while I was sitting in the chair. Over charged on oil change. Told me my warranty was still good but said they had to change the oil to diagnose my truck. A week after leaving the dealership my truck says I’m Told me my warranty was still good but said they had to change the oil to diagnose my truck. A week after leaving the dealership my truck says I’m due for an oil change. Once the oil was changed I was informed that they couldn’t do the work. Once I went elsewhere I was told my warranty had expired 5k miles ago. I’ve bought three vehicles from patriot the last four years and I will not return again, nor will I refer anyone else to this dealership. More
