I hadn't bodil in my Jeep where my car wouldn't turn off. I called the dealership and spoke with Jerry and he suggested I drive it to the dealership and they would look at it. I drove it directly there, and within 20 minutes they had analyzed the issue. They had to order the part but my car was ready in 2 days. I was very pleased with the service! More

Overall we had a pretty good experience. My son was buying his first car, so it was a big deal. I did feel a little rushed and somewhat pressured. My son is happy with his purchase. I am disappointed they didn't fill the car with gas before we left. We also let them know the key FOB wasn't working. They told us both of them probably needed batteries. We changed out the batteries and neither of them worked. When my son went back the next day to ask what they could do to help, they refused to do anything. That was completely disappointing to a young man who had just purchased his first-ever car. More
