Had a day off from work. I called that mourning, the service team had me in in two hours for an oil change and tire rotation on the wife's jeep Cherokee. I really appreciated I called that mourning, the service team had me in in two hours for an oil change and tire rotation on the wife's jeep Cherokee. I really appreciated them taking care of me on short notice. Worked out great. More

Wade Oss is the MAN! I had a problem with the truck within 6 hours of driving it off the lot. I called Wade around midnight and he returned my call almost immediately. I had a problem with the truck within 6 hours of driving it off the lot. I called Wade around midnight and he returned my call almost immediately. The problem was addressed the next morning and fixed within a couple of days under the factory warranty. I was given a courtesy car to get me through. Patriot also delivered my truck to my workplace. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! More

I'm always pleased with Jason and Jackie! I had to have an emergency surgery but also had an appt to get my car recalls and concerns fixed. they took my car while I was recovering and got it I had to have an emergency surgery but also had an appt to get my car recalls and concerns fixed. they took my car while I was recovering and got it all serviced and updated!
