Good laughs, friendly banter and sort of this feeling of “sitting around the family table with family and friends”. It takes awhile in every dealership to hammer out the details and muddle thru “what makes sense” and the value of options but Zack keeps it real. For example we purchased the Limited trim of the Ascent because Zack knew what options were important and going to the Tour trim didn’t give us features we were looking for. Could he easily have up sold the higher priced trim? Sure but he didn’t, it was more important to him to make sure we got the right amenities for us not money in the dealerships pocket. That said, all of Patriots staff seem to have the same approach no matter the department personnel you are dealing with. It’s impressive to have that culture throughout in a market that is numbers based like car dealerships. All of this is why we return to Patriot year after year. Very happy with the experience. Do yourself a favor and when looking for a Subaru in Maine (or beyond the borders), give them a shot. Whether it’s sales, finance, parts or service, you’ll have an excellent experience. More
