Mission Accomplished I was referred to Tom Fratantuono by a friend/neighbor who just leased a car from him. My friend knew about my quest for a Buick Regal. I had given up hope for buying this car this year until I checked out various Buick web sites one afternoon. I saw the car I wanted, and it was a "Special" at Paul Masse. My interest peeked, I called Tom "Frat" the following day to ask about the "Special" as there were more than one that applied. The cash deal motivated me, and without knowing me, talking to me telephonically, more money was taken off the MSRP. I met with Tom that day, and got the exact car I wanted, showing him the print-out from May, of that exact car, from Paul Masse's dealership web site. The timing was great, the price was exceptional and I am loving that car. I am very pleased with the buying experience with Tom Frat, and the time he gave me showing me all the latest technology in this car, which was all new to me. I have adapted quickly to the new car and by far, it was a very good car buying experience and my objective to buy a new car this year was met, and I got the car I wanted. More
