I was able to complete almost my entire deal by e-mail which was a great advantage, as I find it is very frustrating to play telephone tag back and forth leaving voicemail. Richard McDermott was very responsive and I feel I got a very good deal on the vehicle I wanted. It was well worth traveling 2 and a half hours for the quality experience I had at Paul Masse Buick GMC South. Everything was as we had discussed on e-mail; there were no surprises. More
