When I picked up my car, he went out of his way to hook up my "ancient" flip phone to the blue tooth feature, and helped me to register with on star. The dealership made me feel like family by posting a small poster on the windshield proclaiming that the car was especially prepared for me with my name on it. Further, Dave took a picture of me and assured me that I would receive a calendar with my picture and my new car. Overall, Dave and the staff made me feel at home, and took out a lot of the anxiety of making such a momentous purchase. We abhor car trade-in time: the wasted time in the dealership, the fake smiles, the "Let me go see what they say" visits by the salesman to the manager's desk, and the heavy-handed deal closer. NONE OF THESE COULD BE FOUND AT PAUL MASSE! There was no pressure and no hassle. Paul Dragich was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!! He is the most knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and unassuming car salesman we have ever known. He is a truly nice man, and he loves working at Paul Masse!!! The car is FANTASTIC! It has so many features that we have never had before. This time we wanted to get Sirius/XM radio again, and the Equinox was the only SUV we found that offered it at the model level we could afford. The sales session was short and to-the-point. The price was right out there from the beginning. Paul answered my emailed questions promptly and pointedly. The delivery was efficient, and all of the information Paul gave us was explained clearly and succinctly.
