The “nice” man Nick in the service department is very disrespectful when talking to customers. Obviously the dealership wants to be represented by someone who talks to people in a very disrespectful mann disrespectful when talking to customers. When making the appointment I was never told that I would have to leave my vehicle or that I was going to be charged $150.00 diagnostic fee….. like what!??? Then the “nice” guy Nick let me know in the most unfriendly manner when I got here. And said it in a way of expecting that all people have that. I am a single, working, financially independent woman, who is struggling to eat some weeks due to the inflation in this country, I resent the fact that this guy assumes that I can be slapped with $150.00 bill today!! I will NEVER come to this dealership again so I can be talked to like a xxx….. More

The best advice I can give you to to stir clear of this dealership. I have never experienced anything like what I have experienced at this dealership. Appointments are meaningless. The prices on their website don't reflect what they actually want to charge you for cars. They don't really answer questions unless if makes their cars look great. Alex in service was verry professional and communicated with his technician all of my concerns with some being easy and others verry difficult. Repairs were made in a timely manor and done correctly. I thank them all along with Bob Masse for going out of his way to meet my wife and I asking if we needed any help or had any concerns. Excellent job to all of the team! More
