This week we purchased a brand new 2012 Chevy Sonic LT for our son. When we got to Paul Masse Chevrolet we had our guard way up because of a bad experience we just had at another dealer (not Chevy) that for our son. It was such a relaxed atmosphere. No games, no haggling, no nonsense. Paul Dragich is by far THE BEST sales professional I have ever bought a car from, and that is saying a lot because I have bought many vehicles in my life. I call him a sales professional because he was not ordinary. He was extraordinary!! I never felt like I was being pushed into anything. You didn't have to tell him anything twice. He did every single thing he said he would. No matter what vehicle you talked to him about, he knew every last detail about the vehicles. I was so impressed with his knowledge. Was looking at Honda CRV and Toyota Rav4. However, Paul was excellent, he knew the product and did whatever was possible to answer all questions. Being a veteran I am very happy to "buy American", and it seems that GM and the Chevrolet Division have taken steps to promote quality in design of the the Equinox. I believe that you cannot work hard enough to be the best and I truly hope that GM never again allows poor design, craftsmanship, to ever be tied to a GM product line. I never thought I would ever be able to purchase a GM product because I felt the price would be too much, so then I looked at imports. I was suprised to find out that Paul Masse put all the pricing on the car so I knew what I was looking at, unlike Honda and Toyota, where there was no adjustment in pricing but a lot of hidden cost to get me into the dealership for a low base model. I feel I shoud thank all of you for the privilage to drive a GM product and everyone at Paul Masse for the best car buying experience of my life. John Knapp More
